Bureau Veritas & Hydrogen Safety Conference 2023

Bureau Veritas will actively participate in the Hydrogen Safety Conference 2023, the event is being co-located with the 2023 World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition and will be held from May 9 to May 11 in Rotterdam Ahoy. During the conference Bureau Veritas will share its expertise on hydrogen related safety issues.

The Center for Hydrogen Safety (CHS) will host the Hydrogen Safety Conference 2023 and brings together experts and professionals from various industries and disciplines. On behalf of Bureau Veritas Benelux two of our top experts will address the aspect of hydrogen safety from different angles.

Pim Reuderink, Technical Manager Nordics & Netherlands, will cover hydrogen safety in new applications during session 4 on May 9 from 3.20 to 4.25 PM. During his lecture Pim will elaborate on system integration in the North Sea and the introduction of hydrogen as energy carrier in offshore energy production and exploration.

Roman Latsuzbaia, Technical Lead Hydrogen, will address the topic of hydrogen safety in production and process industries during session 6 on May 10 from 11.45 to 12.00 PM. The presentation to be delivered by Roman will relate to hydrogen safety in water electrolysers.
